Cancelling my membership

For Premium Memberships started after 7th August 2025:

  1. On My Jericho, go to your Member Dashboard and then Order History.
  2. Select the subscription that you would like to cancel.
  3. Select 'Cancel Subscription'.

For Premium Memberships started before 7th August 2025:

  1. On My Jericho, go to your Member Dashboard and then Order History.
  2. Select 'Subscriptions'.
  3. Next to the subscription that you would like to cancel, select 'View'.
  4. Select 'Cancel'.
Flex Premium Membership to Jericho Writers can be cancelled at any time, but cannot be refunded.

When paid upfront, annual Premium Membership can be cancelled at any time, but cannot be refunded. Membership access will remain for the full subscription year. 

When paid in 12 monthly instalments, an annual Premium Membership can only be cancelled at the end of each 12-month period. You will receive an email 14 days before renewal to inform you of the next payment and offer you the chance to cancel.
