Premium Member discounts will automatically apply to applicable services when you are signed into an account with an active Premium Membership. 

You will see the discount reflected on the service page by the full price being crossed-out, and the Premium Member discounted price being next to it. 

For example: 

On this screenshot of our Agent One-to-Ones, you'll see the full price of £70 crossed out, and the Premium Member price of £63 next to it. The discount for other services will appear in the same way. 

Please note that the Premium Member discount does not apply to the Festival of Writing or the Ultimate Novel Writing Programme.

On the checkout page, you'll find text reading 'Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code'.  

Select 'Click here', and enter your code in the box provided. Finally, select 'Apply coupon'.
