This error message will show if you already have a user account under the email address that you have entered at checkout, but you are not currently signed in. To resolve this, please sign in at this page:

[Field] is a required field.
This error message will show if you haven't completed all of the required fields at checkout – including your full name, billing address, email address, and phone number. The only optional field is 'Company name'.
If you're based internationally, please ensure to enter your equivalent of a 'Postcode' – e.g. your zip code.
Once all fields are complete, please try to complete checkout again.
You must accept our Terms & Conditions.
This error message means that you haven't ticked the box reading 'I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions'.

Your card details are incorrect.
This error message will typically show if you are paying by card and have not entered your card details correctly. Please check the card details entered and attempt to check out again.
If you're sure that your card details are correct but you continue to receive this message, please contact your bank.
Invalid payment method / Other payment error message
Other payment error messages will typically be because you need to authenticate your payment with your bank. This may be via a message on a banking mobile app or a phone call with your bank.
Please contact your bank directly before proceeding with checkout.
