Who is the tutor and what is their experience?
Kate Harrison is the bestselling author of 25 novels and non-fiction books, with a career spanning over two decades. Published under her own name as well as the pseudonyms Kate Helm and Eva Carter, she has mastered multiple genres. As a former TV news correspondent, she led a team developing and pitching new programmes and formats for the BBC, giving her a sharp understanding of how to grab attention and make an impact. Her guide for writers, Pitch Power, was published in 2019.

You can book a 20 minute one-to-one video call with Kate Harrison for just £20, through our
course taster sessions. We know how important it is to feel comfortable and confident when committing to a writing course, so these sessions are designed to give you an insight into how you might work alongside your tutor, and whether this course is the right next step for you. If you do go on to join us on Path to Publication, this session fee will be credited towards the course cost.
