My Ticket:

When will I receive my ticket?

Once your tickets have been purchased (please see the related FAQ: 'How do I buy tickets' for more on this), you will receive a receipt and a confirmation email containing an e-ticket with a QR code. The subject line of this email is: 'London Festival of Writing 2026: Your ticket is inside'.

If you have not received your e-ticket by email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folders. Your e-ticket will have been sent to the email you used at checkout, so please also ensure you are checking the correct inbox. If you are still unable to locate your e-ticket, please contact info@jerichowriters.com for support.

Do I need my ticket for registration? How can I find it?

Yes, we will scan the QR code on your ticket when you arrive and register for the London Festival of Writing, and again at each workshop door. For this reason, you will need to keep your ticket handy.

You can find your ticket in any of the following ways:
  1. Searching for the email you received after purchase (subject line: 'London Festival of Writing 2026: Your ticket is inside')
  2. Visiting Your Tickets on the Festival booking website.
  3. Registering on the Festival app (see FAQ: 'How do I install the app' for details) and navigating to Your Tickets via the navigation bar
If you would like a paper copy of your ticket, please search for the confirmation email you received after purchase. A PDF attachment containing the QR code will be included, and you can print this if you would like an offline copy.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

While we'll do our best to help, having your ticket available and ready for scanning during the Festival is the best way to avoid any delays. We recommend making sure you know where to find your ticket before you set out, and having it in hand and ready to scan at the registration desk and workshop doors. It's a good idea to keep your phone charged through the day so you can use your ticket confirmation email and/or the mobile app reliably. You could also print a copy of your ticket's QR code for extra assurance.

I can’t attend, how can I cancel my ticket?

You can manage your ticket by clicking your initials/profile picture, selecting Your Tickets and then clicking Your Orders in the navigation bar. Click the dropdown arrow beside the Edit button, and then click Cancel Order and select the ticket you want to cancel. You will be prompted to submit a reason for cancellation

Refunds are made on the following basis:

  2. Less than 12 weeks prior to the event – no refund possible unless ticket insurance was purchased (insurance will not be refunded)
