Why did I receive an email saying I haven't finished purchasing my session?
This is an automated email which is triggered if you have an Agent One-to-One Session in your basket for a certain amount of time. If you have since purchased and booked your session, you can safely ignore this email.
I can't find my Agent One-to-One booking link
After purchasing your Agent One-to-One session, you should receive a confirmation email containing a link to your personal booking page. You may need to check your Spam/Junk folders if this does not appear in your inbox.
If you do not receive your booking link within 5 minutes of purchase, or if you purchased your session a while ago and can no longer find your link, please get in touch with 121@jerichowriters.com and we will be happy to help. I’m not sure if I have booked my Agent One-to-One session
If your booking was successful, your booking page should show the time and date of your session. If this is not the case, please get in touch with 121@jerichowriters.com and let us know which session you would like to book (including the name of the agent and date/time of the session). I can't upload my files
First, please check that you have completed both steps of the file upload form. After selecting your file in Step 1, click the button marked Step 2 to upload the file to our site. After completing both steps, you will see the name of the file appear in the upload box.
If you receive an error message when trying to upload your files, please contact 121@jerichowriters.com for support and attach the files you would like to upload in your email. We will be happy to help troubleshoot the issue and get your files uploaded. I haven't received a meeting link for my call
Please note that unless arranged otherwise with the agent, all Agent One-to-One sessions take place by phone call, using the phone number provided at checkout. For more information, please see the related FAQ: How will the agent contact me? The agent hasn't called me
Please allow up to 15 minutes of leeway time to allow for any delays in the agent's schedule. If you have not received your call after this time, please contact 121@jerichowriters.com for support and we will investigate. We advise against calling into our office for support, as your chosen agent may try to contact you while you are using your phone.
